Attorney - Biography

I am an Advocate with over 15 years’ experience advising and representing clients in commercial and civil disputes across India.

Through Chambers of Aman Bhalla, I advise companies, business owners and family owned businesses on a broad range of disputes, including contractual, property and real estate, recovery, succession, insolvency and employment matters.

My approach is commercially focused. I work with clients to understand the legal, commercial and strategic dimensions of a dispute and to identify the most effective route to resolution through litigation, arbitration or negotiation.

I am also a Mediator with the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and have conducted 80+ mediations involving commercial, contractual, intellectual property, employment and property disputes. My mediation practice has a particular focus on commercial disputes, where an understanding of the underlying business interests can be critical to achieving a durable resolution.

I also act as counsel in domestic commercial and construction arbitrations and have undertaken arbitral appointments.

My practice is based in Delhi and extends across India. I work with Indian and international counsel on matters involving India, including where local knowledge, strategic advice or an independent neutral is required in connection with a commercial dispute.

Whether acting for a client or as a neutral, my focus is on understanding the issues that matter, providing clear strategic advice and helping achieve an effective resolution.
